He was predeceased by: his parents, Orel Orcutt and Leona Orcutt; his wife Eleanor; his sister Beverley Jensen of Madras; and his son Glen Orcutt.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Orcutt (Liz), Guy Orcutt (Coty), Peggy Penland (Dan) and Dawn Dulong (Terry); and his brother Orel Orcutt of Prineville. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and many cherished nieces and nephews.
