As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Leonard may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Louis Ferns and Ida Ferns (Larsen); his wife Barbara Phillips; and his son Ray. He is survived by: his children, Alan, Susan and Mark. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Leonard's name to the White City VA Medical Center.
