He is survived by: his wife Carol Joyce Schultz of Medford, OR; his son Kraig; his daughters-in-law, Heidi Jacobs of La Grande, OR and Jacque Jacobs of Salem, OR; his sisters, Pat Jones of Powell, WY and Barb Werbelow of Powell, WY; his grandchildren, Erik, Elena Jacobs, Zackary, Kylin Jacobs, Phoebe Jacobs, Olivia Jacobs and Savannah O'Connor; and his great grandchild Izaak Jacobs. He is also survived by 19 nieces and nephews.
