She was predeceased by: her son Jed Bergquist; and her stepson Russell Devlin. She is survived by: her husband Lewis Devlin; her children, Bluanne Hamilton and Daniel Bergquist; and her stepchildren, Julie Devlin-Delcamp, Brad Devlin and Rachel Devlin. She is also survived by grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Joan's name to the Wounded Warrior Project, a cause close to her heart.
