He was predeceased by: his son David Wayne Ruth Jr.; and his parents, Ted Ruth and Rachel Ruth. He is survived by: his wife Alma Jean Ruth; his children, Irene Nelson, Davina Curtis, Lewis Ruth and Ted Ruth; his grandchildren, Kitrina Moore, Donavon Curtis, Christopher Myers, Tyler Myers, Nicholas Ruth, James Ruth, Julia Ruth, McKensie Ruth and Harlan Ruth; and his great grandchildren, Aiden Moore, Colton Curtis, Jasper Curtis and Brother Daniel Ruth.
In lieu of flowers, per Dave's request, please enjoy a steak dinner in his memory.
