He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Howard; his children, Alexandra Yvonne Oyerly-Copley of Medford, Don Howard Simmons of Vinita and Lorie Ann Oyerly-Kendall of Eagle Point; his grandchildren, Yvonne Linde Copley-Russell, Jessica Ann Maddy-Pagan, Bryan Anthony Copley and Diamond Neva Oyerly; and his great grandchildren, Mary Jane Pagan, Eissac Stone Copley, Izabella Marie Pagan, Charles Xavier Pagan, Tanner James Copley, Skyler Chase Copley and Adalyn Olivia Russell.
