She was predeceased by: her parents, Per Nevard and Birgit Nevard. She is survived by: her husband Bill; her children, Larry Jacobs (Patricia) and Jacqueline Jacobs Ocon (Paul); and her siblings, Judy Wood (Doug) and Peter Nevard (Charlene). She is also survived by six grandchildren, four nieces, and four nephews.
In lieu of flowers Carol donations be made in her name to the Rogue Valley Manor Foundation.
