She is survived by: her husband Arnold Oniel Opgrand of Peoria; her brother Donald Marvin Buesing of Minneapolis; her granddaughter Celeste Payne (Chad) of Wilmington; her son Mark; her sisters-in-law, Goldie Kvinge, Marjorie Huston, Kathryn Kvinge and Margaret Hsiao; and her friend Mary Johnson.
She was generous with her time and support for Peace Lutheran, St. Paul's Lutheran Stephen Ministry, Holden Village, Chelan, WA, Augsburg College's new Hagfors Center, and the Sun Health Foundation for Alzheimer's Research.
