She is survived by: her daughter Brooke Prichard of Lafayette; her parents, Chris West and Sherri West of Lafayette; her sister Natasha; her brother-in-law Seth Iparraguirre of CoosBay; her niece Paisley; her sister Cassandra Decker of Lafayette; and her grandparents, Dora Bailey of Dundee, Robert and Gwen West McMinnville.
