She was predeceased by: her spouse Bruce W. Caldwell; and her sister Fonda Mauch. She is survived by: her daughters, Hollie K. Caldwell and Abbie A. Caldwell; and her grandchildren, Bradie Emmens, Bradley Emmens, Chelsea Campanella, Sophia Campanella and Benjamin Campanella.

The family requests donations be made to Oregon Public Broadcasting or the Colon Cancer Foundation in lieu of flowers.
