He is survived by: his brother Richard; his former spouse Toni Sitton; his wife Sheila Proctor Willsey; his children, Lisa Mertz and Jason Niehus (Erica); his brothers, Gary (Lyla), Jim (Helen) and Mike (Debby); and his grandsons, Ryan Smith (Shawna) and Mike Fite (Laura).
A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. James Catholic Church (1145 NE 1st St, McMinnville, OR 97128).
