He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyle Smith and Faye Smith. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Kaela, Hannah and Kian; his daughters, Kristin Smith and Kari Worden; and his siblings, Randall Smith, Lisa Smith and Kevin Smith.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of Macy and Son (135 NE Evans St, McMinnville, OR 97128).
