He was predeceased by: his mother Alice Blakley. He is survived by: his father Robert Autery; his stepfather Jim Blakley; his brothers, Daniel (Susan), Edward, James (Annette) and Lee Autery (Melanie); and his nieces and nephews, Robby, Bryce, Michael, Selena, Paige, Madison and Kylie.
