He is survived by: his former wife Terry; his wife Kelly Knapp; his daughter Samantha McMillan; his son-in-law Andrew; his grandsons, Taylor and Carson; his brother Tommy McMillan; and his parents-in-law, Paul and Sally Knapp. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and cousins.
