She is survived by: her husband Walt; her friend Lindy Lindblom; her siblings, Harrison Grey Otis and Peggy Otis Hadley; her daughters, Kristi Dyke Beathe of Anchorage, AK, Katey Jones of Sunriver, OR, Melinda L. Dyke and Kelli Dyke Madril of McMinnville, OR.; and also Lindy Lindblom.
