He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Louis Provenzano and Lillian Provenzano (Spagnola); his wife Darle Van Vleck of Lafayette; and his daughters, Kathy, Carol (Richard) and Laura. He was also cherished by four grandchildren and one great-grandson, their only boy.
