She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Wade; her sisters, Barbara Inman and Joan Heynderickx; and her stepchildren, Gary Wade and Linda Wade of Robert's.
She is survived by: her sister Sandi Shook; her children, Marshall "Rocky" Wade (Glenda), Michael Wade and Maureen Fish; her grandchildren, Trisha, Brian, Roseann, Stacie and Stephanie; and her great grandchildren, Juliet and Claire.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the American Cancer Society in care of Macy & Son in McMinnville.
