She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Paul Lafferty and Lizzie Lafferty (Leno); her children, LeRoy Shaw, Jimmie Lee and Debbie Lee; and her nieces, Marline Groshong, Sharon Wattier and Violet Lafferty. She was also cherished by numerous other nieces and nephews.
