He is survived by: his children, Elisabeth "Rocky", Andrea "Quacks" Hamilton (Shawn), Tony, Trish "Yips" (Chad) and Joey "Chuckie"; his grandchildren, Austin Hamilton, Cassie Johnson, Mason, Gavin Rosenast and Zander Candia; his great grandchild Corby Johnson; and his brothers, Hilmar, Peter and Armin.
