He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Pieter Meide and Petronella Vander Meide (Van Zelm); his wife Anita Krizman; his sister Joyce; his nephews, Thomas, Shane and Mike; and his niece Tina. He was also cherished by three sons and their spouses, nine grandchildren and their spouses; and four great grandchildren.
