He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Judy Harper; his siblings, Jack Harper (Cathy), Judy Patterson, Jeff Harper (Patty) and Jay Harper (Melissa); his children, James Harper III (Tina), Jana Polivka (Dwight) and Jennifer Yonke (Patrick); his daughter-in-law Karen Harper; his parents, James Harper and Jeanne Harper; his son John Harper; and his grandson James Nathanael Polivka. He was also cherished by 18 grandchildren, 3 greatgrandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
