It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elaine L. Tinney of Lyons, Oregon, who passed away on September 28, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father James Basl. She is survived by: her mother Virginia Basl (Randall Tinney); her husband Randall Tinney; her daughters, Heidi and Whitney; her siblings, Joseph, Marvin, Juanita, Beverly, Eileen, Donna Lue and Yvonne; and her grandsons, Dylan, Asher, Ronan and Khalil.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, a larger celebration of life will be held in Summer 2021.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Doernbecher�s Children�s Hospital and/or the ASPCA animal rescue.
