He was predeceased by: his siblings, Allen, Beverly and Valerie; and his daughter Theresa. He is survived by: his wife Katherine; and his children, Lisa, Carole, Jennifer, John Jr., David and Jeremy. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
