He is survived by: his father Wesley Foultner; his children, Shawn Foultner and Ashleigh Foultner; and his siblings, Sharon McGlone, John Foultner, Daniel Foultner, Wesley Foultner and Kevin Foultner. He is also survived by six grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
