She is survived by: her children, Bruce Coakley, Cynthia Saulmon, Phillip Coakley and Robert Coakley; and her grandchildren, Josh McGowan, Justin McGowan, Richelle Kelso, Alan Coakley, Alex Coakley, Olivia Coakley and Mitchell Coakley.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to Parkinson's research.
