With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Concepcion Hillis of Lebanon, Oregon, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 31, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Herbert and Maria Scott (Pablo); and her siblings, Herbert Scott, Pete Scott, Joe Scott and Ina Phillips.

She is survived by: her children, Stacie Hillis Brohel, Sherri Fitzgerald and Joe Roy Hillis (JR); and her siblings, Mary Scott, Johnny Scott, Trammel Scott, Naomi Scott and Frances Reynolds. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
