She was predeceased by: her parents, Dean Woolsey and Phyllis Woolsey; her husband Keith O. Parks; her daughter Kathryn McCord; her grandson Jason McCord; and her brother Payson Woolsey.
She is survived by: her children, Craig (Karen) and Charla (Ben Wolf). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
