She was predeceased by: her father Dale Sims. She is survived by: her mother Delores Sims; her husband Allen Lee Mathews; her children, James, Amy, Toby and Tyler; her grandchildren, Madison, Cody, Colby, Gracie, Emma, Austin, Landin, Ashlynn and Mason; and her great grandchild Adilyn. She is also survived by six brothers and sisters, and numerous nieces and nephews.
