We are sad to announce that on May 23, 2024, at the age of 68, Donna J. Krossman Darling of Lakeview, Oregon, born in Vancouver, Washington passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, may Donna find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may her legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Compton and Delora Compton; and her brother Gilbert Compton. She is survived by: her brothers, Harold Compton (Cindy Compton) and Don Compton; her children, Heidi Bankston (Ross Bankston), Daryl Krossman (Heather Krossman) and Kristin Pickard; and her granddaughter Nix (Jazmine). She is also survived by five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Girl Scouts of America or Boy Scouts of America, two organizations that were very important to Donna.
