He is survived by: his spouse Rhea J. Garrett; his children, Victoria, Pamela, Vickie Childress (Harvey) of Bend, Pam Cody (Lee) of Hood River and Kevin Van Den Berg of Lakeview; his grandchildren, Jessica Childress of Lakeview, Garrett Childress (Carly) of Coburg, Kylie Draper (Shawn) of Salem, Katlin Cody of Hood River, Makenzie Briscoe (Carter) of Longview and Levi Van Den Berg of Sublimity; his great grandchildren, Brooks Childress and Gracelyn Childress; his siblings, Ed Van Den (Jill), Gary Van Den (Cathy), John Van Den (Sandy) and Nancy Selby of Delta; and his sisters-in-law, Mickey Moulton (Carroll) of Klamath Falls and Barbara Albertson (Hank) of Lakeview. He is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and cousins.
