He was predeceased by: his parents, Evelyn Wright (Shires) and Bill Edwards; his adoptive father Dan Wright; and his siblings, Steve Wright and Dana Beth Cunningham.
He is survived by: his daughters, Natalie Friis of West Linn, Ore, Joanie Haugen (Shannon) of Brentwood and Calif; his grandchildren, Inga Friis, Larson Friis, Anders Friis, Grady Haugen and Adeline Haugen; his half-brothers, Billy Edwards and Tommy Edwards of Oklahoma; his friend Pacific University; his close friend Systems; and his pet Max. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to Pacific University.
