He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Holmes and Muriel Holmes; his wife Karen; and his brothers, Hardin and Bud.
He is survived by: his close friend Joyce Anicker; his children, Kirk, Craig (Tanya), Clark (Michelle), Timm (Devon), Laura and Kari (John); his grandchildren, Forrest, Kyle, Kevin, Torin, Josh, Aiden, Michael, Charlie, Lucy, Owen of Dakota, JP and Natalie; and his great grandchildren, Zachary and Sophia.
Memorial donations may be made in Keith's name to the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry.
