He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Vincent of Lake Oswego and Mary Vincent of Lake Oswego; his sister Nancy O'Rourke Tang of Portland; and also, June Pajari and Stewart Vincent.
He is survived by: his wife Patty; his sons, James (Raema), Richard (Rebecca) of Lake Oswego, David (Robin) of Raleigh, NC and John (Cheryl) of Portland; and his grandchildren, Grace, Mary Frances and Nancy.
