He was predeceased by: his parents, James Baker and Eva Baker; his wife Frances (Fran); and his siblings, Eleanor Macy and Jack Butcher.
He is survived by: his sons, James C. Baker, Jeff Baker, Mark Baker and Matt Baker; and his brother Bill Baker. He is also survived by six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
