He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bernard O. R. Bays and Joyce Fawcett Bays; his stepmother Mary Mabel Bays; his stepsister Jillian Ballard; his wife Carol Jo Nusbaum Spiegel; and his grandchildren, Macy Lyman and Evan Spiegel. He was also cherished by his family and friends.
Hopefully, an Open House will be held in his memory when the threat of Covid spread has lessened.
