With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Douglas Lennard Chisholm (Lake Oswego, Oregon), born in Portland, Oregon, who passed away on June 11, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his son David; his grandchildren, Dean and Tori; his parents, Colin Gerard Chisholm and Jean Lennard Chisholm; his siblings, Catherine Lynette Chisholm and Craig McRae Chisholm; and also Alison.

We wish to thank Dr. Katherine Avison, Doug's internist and friend, Dr. Gina Vaccaro and the OHSU oncology department, especially the chemo nurses, OHSU hospital nurses, the Pearl on Kruse, Kindred Hospice and Phil and Penny Knight for their generous donations to cancer research.
