He was predeceased by: his son Bradford Horn. He is survived by: his significant other Sally; his child Brad; his wife Sally of Lake Oswego; his sister Susan Wright of Portland; his children, Robert (Jody) of Enumclaw and Carolyn Dumond (Matt); and his grandsons, Sam Horn of Enumclaw and Thomas Horn of Enumclaw.
