It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Austin Banks Jr. of La Pine, Oregon, born in Seattle, Washington, who passed away on October 12, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rose Mike and James Banks Sr. Mike; his wife Dell Rose; his son Larry; his daughter-in-law Michele; his daughter Cathy; his grandson Michael; his granddaughter-in-law Tanya; and his granddaughters, Brandy and Heather.
