With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Jean Taravella of La Pine, Oregon, born in Little Rock, Arkansas, who passed away on July 24, 2020 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Russell Myers and Cecil Myers; her son Alan; her grandchildren, Sandra, Dorothy and Bill; her daughters, Michelle and Sandra; her sons-in-law, Diego and Steve; her grandchildren, Stephanie, Ashley, Rebecca, Vanessa and AJ; and her great grandchildren, Josh, Kiera, Gavin and Maverick.
Dorothy was confined to a wheelchair when she was in her 70s, due to complications with Parkinson's Disease, but she was able to stay in her home until she died, thanks to her son Alan taking care of her for many years.
