We are sad to announce that on October 23, 2020, at the age of 72, Walter Emmett Blackman of La Grande, Oregon passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Blackman and Phyllis Blackman (Moss). He is survived by: his wife Leslie Chadwick; his sons, Curtis Blackman (Candy) of La Grande and Baine Blackman (Amie) of La Grande; and his siblings, Randy Blackman (Ellen) of La Grande, OR, Tom Blackman (Betty) of Island City, OR, Bart Blackman (Amy), Elva Emmons (Mitch) of Eugene, OR and Teresa Moody (Ken) of La Grande, OR. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren and 25 nieces and nephews.
Attendees must wear a mask and practice social distancing to meet COVID-19 guidelines.
