She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Neer and Katherine Neer (Powers); her husband Bob (Bob); her brothers, Harold Lee Neer, Edgar Neer, George Neer and Ben Neer; and her son-in-law Larry McIntosh.
She is survived by: her children, April McIntosh of La Grande, Linda Baker (John) of Umatilla, OR and Bob Butler (Karen) of Island City, OR; and her siblings, Mary Sowards and Frank Neer (Cleona) of Hermiston, OR. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and 2 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Loveland Funeral Chapel (1508 Fourth St, La Grande, OR 97850). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Island City Cemetery (11003 S McAlister Rd, Island City, OR 97850). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Faith Center (10300 S D St, La Grande, OR 97850).
