He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Kohr and Anna Kohr (Urich); his sister Ginny; his brother-in-law Halley Kemmer; his sister Marie Bot; his granddaughter Mackenzie Kohr; and his nephew Kent Kemmer.
He is survived by: his wife Janice; his children, Rhonda Nay (Greg Williams) of Union, OR and Kevin Kohr of La Grande, OR; his grandchildren, Chris Nay (Jamie) of La Grande, OR, Delanie Kohr of Pendleton, OR and Brianna Kohr of Union, OR; and his great grandchildren, Alexa, Braylin and Ben Nay of La Grande, OR. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
