She is survived by: her mother Joyce Higgins (Taylor); her children, Willy, Thomas, Mary May, Brady, Nick Higgins (Emily) and Hannah (Brady Hill) of Stevenson, WA; her grandmother Joyce Higgins of La Grande, OR; her brother Tom Higgins (Jaime); her daughter Josie (Elijah); her nephew Austin of La Grande, OR; her brother Tim Higgins (Sam) of Nampa, ID; and her nephew Justin of South Carolina. She is also survived by several cousins, aunts and uncles.
