She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Laney and Alberta Laney; her son Steven Speer (Stacy); and her sister Sandi Holland. She is survived by: her husband Garry Speer of La; her grandchildren, Stacy Arritola (Ron) of La Grande, Garry Anthony of Ohio and Kayla Arritola of La Grande; her brother Frank (Darlene); and her brother-in-law Al Holland. She is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
