With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sally Marie Staples of La Grande, Oregon, born in Los Angeles, California, who passed away on April 21, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Keith Bolster and Dorothy Bolster (Omar); and her siblings, Pat Bolster and Joan Bolster. She is survived by: her husband Bill Staples of La; her grandson Dan Staples of Tennessee; her daughters, Kandy Staples of Junction City, OR and Leigh Bednar (Kevin) of Wallowa, OR; and her siblings, Mike Bolster of Maryland, Alan Bolster of Washington and Mickie Peavy (Mike) of Gulf Breeze, FL. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; and 12 nieces and nephews.
