He is survived by: his stepchild Missy; his wife Phyllis; his children, Kathleen Underhill (Randy), Tony Taylor (Shawn) and Melissa Rios (Willy); and his siblings, Clyde, Rose and Linda. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
