It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mildred Jean Southard of La Grande, Oregon, who passed away on December 21, 2022, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lane Southard and Grace Southard (Pennington). She is survived by: her siblings, Gordon James Southard (Lori) of Medical Springs, OR, Billie Lane Southard (Sandy) of Island City, OR, Richard Clarence Southard of Medical Springs, OR and Alma Jane Ginther (Matthew) of Irrigon, OR; and her nieces and nephews, Carolyn Thompson (Avery), Lisa Perkins (Christian), William Ames, Kirklan Perkins, Arabella Perkins and Evander Thompson.
