He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Keffer and Edna Keffer (Wilson). He is survived by: his former wife Carol Gunderson; his children, Michael Alan Keffer (Laura) of Beaverton, Christian Wallace Keffer of La Grande, OR and Molli Angelos (Brady) of Elgin, OR; and his brother Alan H. Keffer (Jan) of La Grande. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 nieces and nephews.
