He was predeceased by: his grandfather Gail Williams; his uncle Randy Williams; and his grandparents, Dwight and Donna Brooks. He is survived by: his parents, Debbie Mitchell (Williams) and Bart Mitchell of Wallowa; his daughter Lily Belle of Sublimity; his stepfather Rick Ewing of La Grande; his girlfriend Crystal of La Grande; his sister Mindi; his brother-in-law Nicholas Lawlor of Eugene; his grandmother Poldi Williams; his uncle Greg Williams; his aunts, Rhonda Nay and Tommie Williams; and his cousins, Shane of Union, Randa of Union, Brittany of Union, Cody of Union and Shelbi Brown (Williams) of Milton-Freewater.
