She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbert Billhartz and Anna Horenkamp; her husband William C. Bard; and her siblings, Marcella Rakers, Bud, Earl, Don, Tom and Clarence Billhartz.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Bard of La Grande, Deborah Vencill (Alan) of La Grande, Laura Krahn (Phil) of Wenatchee, WA and Robert Bard (Angie) of La Grande; and her brothers, Mike Billhartz (Nancy) of Illinois and Dave Billhartz (Jan) of Illinois. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
